Our experience as both company counsel and as hired-gun litigators gives us a unique perspective on solving complex business problems with a view to the bottom line, to responsiveness, and, critically, to the commercial objectives of the client. Because our firm is intentionally small, our objectives are highly personal, and we are not averse to handling ANY challenging legal dispute, particularly those where the prospect of injustice, engendered by unequal resources or other circumstances, appears imminent.
